A lot of people describe freehand tattooing a lot of different ways. I say it when I draw a tattoo directly onto skin with a sharpie or pen instead of the traditional stencil paper, then go straight to tattooing. That is why I usually post a sharpie drawn image first when I say its a freehand piece. This is a freehand skull with a chain running through that bitch...😇
